Qualifications
Proven experience as an Estimator in the utilities sector, especially with a strong water bias.
Experience in design-and-build tenders and developing cost-effective solutions.
Good understanding of electrical / MEICA interfaces in utility schemes.
Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and tender submissions for utility infrastructure projects.
Build estimates from first principles using industry software.
Evaluate project scope, risk, and pricing strategies across tenders.
