As a User Researcher, you will collaborate with top digital talent across various disciplines to innovate and deliver outstanding solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with Experience Strategists, Service Designers, Interaction Designers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to create industry-leading experiences across a broad range of products and services.

  • Plan and execute user research studies using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research.
  • Collect and analyze user data with appropriate tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop user archetypes, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts to communicate insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into well-designed products and services.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring user needs and preferences are prioritized.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in user research and design, continuously refining your craft to maximize impact.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research using various methods and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Proficiency in research tools and software, such as user testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively translate research findings for diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
