With a huge growth plan over the next two years, we are looking to expand our client-facing delivery team with designers, developers, and testers as we continue to expand our project portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to support new policies, identify unmet needs, and test improvements, including reviewing previous research on supplier payment services.
  • Create a user research plan with key goals, methods, and participant criteria, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of findings.
  • Recruit a diverse range of participants, including those with accessibility needs, maintaining a research schedule of every three weeks.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to design, test, and refine prototypes, prioritising research to meet policy implementation targets.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritise and design service improvements based on user insights, ensuring alignment with DDaT and GOV.UK standards.
  • Continuously test and refine enhancements, validating user needs across segments with design and development teams.
