You will collaborate across teams, delivering insights to enhance user experiences in education technology. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of senior-level experience and a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods. As a Senior User Researcher, you will work with cross-functional teams to lead, design, execute, and communicate impactful research to help shape the company’s products.
The right candidate will be driven to develop a keen understanding and deep empathy for the diverse challenges faced by our users. You will design, conduct, and analyse user research that provides actionable insights to address these challenges in measurable ways.
You will be comfortable working throughout the entire product lifecycle: from observing and interviewing users, mapping existing journeys and identifying key opportunities, to validating and optimising user experiences to maximise their positive impact on the lives of teachers, students, and people in the workplace.
