***Senior UX Designer/ Senior Product Designer, Manchester***

Great opportunity for a Senior UX Designer / Senior Product Designer to join a global commerce organization based in the Manchester city center.

The company are a sustainable market leading organization which connects millions of buyers and sellers around the world.

As a Senior Designer you’d be given the opportunity to work within one of the cross-functional squads made mainly of Engineers, Product people and User Experience Designers. You will play a key role in supporting and guiding young team members with a user-centric approach to design and build.

Skills

• Good experience of working as a Product/UX designer, solving B2C or B2C user problems.
• Strong experience of collaborating within a squad, understanding how to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
• Equally comfortable designing elegant interactions and interfaces, whilst keeping an eye on the overall user experience.
• Interest or exposure to web3 is desirable.
• Experience of Figma is desirable.
• Experience or interest in mentoring younger designers is desirable.
• Very comfortable talking to users. You’re not a researcher but you won’t be afraid to work with the team to plan and conduct user research.
