We help our end customers use a multitude of services across various complexities as easily as possible. As we expand our platform, we’re seeking a Lead UX Designer to support our growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Product to advance the company's roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Lead key product and channel experience design, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives.
• Champion the use of design systems for consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Balance the needs of B2B, B2C, and B2S audiences.

Requirements:

• Expertise in UI design principles, with keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Experience in both B2B (B2B2C) and B2C environments.
• Experience designing for mobile apps.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation.
