Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across major paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs), with a focus on optimizing toward ROAS, LTV, and user quality KPIs.
Support creative strategy and testing efforts for European markets across static, video, and interactive formats; collaborate closely with design and creative teams to drive asset iteration and performance improvements.
Develop and execute test-and-learn roadmaps across channels, audiences, creative, and bidding strategies.
Identify and vet new local acquisition channels—including CTV, mobile web, podcasts, and programmatic platforms—to diversify and scale user growth.
Monitor and analyze performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations and optimization plans.
Partner cross-functionally with product, data science, and finance teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business objectives, user segmentation, and LTV modeling.
Build and maintain robust campaign documentation, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to ensure transparency and operational excellence.
Stay at the forefront of mobile UA trends, platform changes, and competitive strategies—and continuously push the team forward with innovative ideas.
5–7 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with a strong track record in mobile user acquisition or a growth marketing function.
Deep hands-on experience managing campaigns on major ad platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and DSPs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy; comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution data.
Demonstrated success in driving creative testing strategies and collaborating closely with creative or production teams.
Experience managing large budgets, hitting efficiency goals, and scaling campaigns across multiple geos or products.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in project and stakeholder management.
Proactive, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and an eagerness to experiment and iterate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and MMP integrations.
Conversational French or German or experience living in France or Germany
Familiarity with emerging media formats, including connected TV (CTV), podcasts, or influencer/affiliate marketing.
