You will coach the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure FCA compliance while optimising stock presentation and customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Oversee stock presentation and site appearance for a premium customer experience.
• Collaborate with Telesales and Retention teams to optimise enquiries.
