Pentagon Motor Group in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Motor Trade Sales professional for the role of Used Car Sales Manager. You will identify funding and insurance options for customers and strive to meet profitability targets with a customer-focused approach.

As part of the team you will coach staff, ensure compliance with processes and regulations, and drive high standards of customer care. DBS clearance is required; a comprehensive benefits package starts from Day 1, including holidays

Qualifications

• Have proven track record in a sales role within the automotive industry
• Have Motor Trade experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
• Compliance with automotive regulations and processes

Responsibilities

• Naturally build rapport with customers quickly and fairly
• Monitor finance and insurance performance against budget and address shortfalls
• Assist management in planning, forecasting trends and revising dealership plans
• Coach and develop the sales team to achieve objectives
• Qualify customer demands to recommend appropriate insurance products
• Log activity to monitor performance and provide feedback to the General Manager
