Your new company
Your new job working as a US FI & Commercial D&O Senior or Producing Broker will be for an innovative and growing Lloyd’s Broking House. Your new Brokers take pride in providing clients with a unique and professional service. They have a team of specialised professionals who pride themselves on their integrity and diligence. Due to rapid expansion within the Financial Lines Team, the Head of Financial Lines is now looking for a Producer/Senior Broker to join the team that focuses on US accounts to help with the development of the book, placement of risks, and servicing of accounts. This role is a permanent position for a US FI & Commercial D&O Broker.

Your new role
As a Producer/Senior US FI & Commercial D&O Broker, you will be responsible for a full 360 role: Client Servicing, Placement into Lloyd’s and Company Markets, and being responsible for the growth and development of the book. You will be fully competent and have an excellent working knowledge of producing various Financial Line Products including FI, D&O, etc. You will effectively service, upsell, and develop client accounts, ensuring you achieve client satisfaction at all times and enhance client relationships. You will be competent in growing a Financial Lines book and dealing with US clients. You will be encouraged to develop working relationships with third-party Brokers and International clients to support the business in all aspects of growth. You will have proven client management experience and be able to effectively handle complex US FI & Commercial D&O Broker situations – you must be highly knowledgeable in FI & Commercial D&O Broker.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Senior Broker with production experience handling complex US FI & Commercial D&O Broker risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be confident when it comes to dealing with US agents/clients and be able to effectively negotiate competitive terms with Lloyd’s underwriters. You will be able to utilise your enhanced knowledge of Financial Lines products to maximise all opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FI & Commercial D&O products. You will have proven experience in placing, developing, and growing FI & Commercial D&O Broker risks on Binders and within the Open Market. You will be tenacious and have proven product and US client experience. Your previous experience in working in a dual role (placing and producing US Financial Lines risks) at a growing Lloyd’s Broker will demonstrate your ability to prioritise workloads and communicate well within a team. Your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team.
