About the Role

This is your chance to take a leading position as a Senior Broker Support Technician within the high-performing North American team. You'll be at the heart of the business, working on a diverse portfolio that includes both Binding Authority Agreements and Open Market placements focused on Property-related risks.

You’ll play a key role in the technical execution and work closely with Brokers, as well as clients and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing slips, drafting binding authority agreements and endorsements
• Analysing and managing data under existing Binding Authority Agreements
• Preparing and maintaining key market statistics
• Compiling and assessing risk-level data and documentation for Binding Authorities
• Engaging with Lloyd’s systems such as DCOM and Lineage (experience a plus)

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• 5-10 years’ experience with sold expertise of US Binding Authority agreements and Property-related risks
• Strong technical skills
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
