A leading healthcare provider in Boston is seeking a Senior Practitioner at the Gainsborough Urgent Treatment Centre. The successful candidate will be required to see patients of all ages presenting with injury or illness and complete the episode of care with treatment or referral onward. Consultations will take place face to face or via telephone and documented timely and thoroughly within patient notes. The post holder will influence, lead, support and motivate colleagues to maintain morale in difficult situations and will provide clinical lead during a shift by modelling the professional attitudes and behaviours outlined in the LCHS behaviours framework.
