• Provide technical leadership for urban drainage modelling projects.
• Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions for stormwater overflows, water quality management, developer assessments, flood investigations, and more.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures within wastewater modelling, enhancing our expert solutions.
• Plan and coordinate project delivery, including cost estimation.
• Line manage and mentor junior team members, supervising their technical outputs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM. You will have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities - including a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.

You will have experience in the management and development of staff as well as the ability to integrate well into a team and provide technical leadership to other modelling staff as a leader in an urban drainage environment. Most importantly, you'll embody our values and ethos of client focus and service excellence.
