I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading, award-winning architecture and design practice based in London, currently seeking a Senior Urban Designer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, city-shaping projects — from strategic masterplans and town centre regenerations to sustainable urban extensions and new settlements. The role involves close collaboration with directors and associates, offering great scope for impact and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and lead urban design projects at various scales
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and communities
• Manage internal teams and coordinate consultants
• Produce reports, drawings, models, and presentations
• Support the preparation of planning applications and design codes

Ideal Candidate:

• 6–8 years’ experience in architecture and urban design
• Strong design portfolio and excellent sketching skills
• Comfortable in client-facing roles and public engagement
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience across all project phases
