Job summary

Based in London, you will engage with offshore construction and operational risk profiles, support tender opportunities and contribute to strategic market submissions. The position offers a collaborative, high-caliber team environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience within energy insurance.
• Strong knowledge of operational upstream energy and offshore construction risks.
• Proven ability to advise on policy wordings and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of complex upstream energy accounts.
• Provide technical advice across operational and offshore construction risks.
• Lead renewal and placement activities for major energy programmes.
• Conduct contractual reviews and advise on insurance requirements and risk allocation.
• Review, negotiate and develop policy wordings and coverage structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers across London and international markets.
• Support major tender opportunities and project-specific placements.
• Prepare client presentations, renewal reports and market submissions.
• Assist with claims and coverage discussions where required.
• Work closely with clients, brokers, underwriters and other market stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service.
