Eeze is seeking an experienced Senior Unreal C++ Developer to lead the design and development of high‑performance backend systems for our iGaming platform, combining hands‑on engineering with technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will excel in Unreal Engine 5, modern C++, Blueprints, and shader development, with a strong background in real-time, low-latency architectures and mentoring the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional C++ development experience in real-time or performance-critical apps.
• Expert Unreal Engine 5 with C++/Blueprint integration and shader development.
• Experience with multi-threading, profiling, and live-ops environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive system architecture and design of high-performance backend systems.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Review code quality and perform in-depth performance profiling.
• Ensure low latency real-time workloads meet 24/7 live ops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
