Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in capital markets
• Interest in debt and equity capital markets
• Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgment and integrity
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to train and advise junior team members

Responsibilities

• Advising deal teams on approval requirements for different transaction types
• Scheduling, minuting follow ups for Capital or Commitments committees
• Initiating risk bookings post transaction signing with Controllers and risk partners
• Representing senior leadership in committees and approving Investment Grade issuances
• Rolling out regulatory-driven changes to approval processes and templates
• Coordinating responses to internal and external audits and regulatory examinations
• Acting as team lead, training junior team members
