A leading insurance marketplace in London is seeking an operational project delivery individual for a 6-month opportunity. You will lead process changes to improve underwriting performance across the market, utilizing your strong analytical skills and ability to drive significant change. Operational Project delivery opportunity for 6 months leading process change and delivering initiatives that embed best practice to ensure continuous improvement of how Lloyd's oversees and supports Underwriting Performance across the Lloyd's market. This would suit an operational, data improvement and/or process change focused individual to take a pro-active and solutions driven approach to evaluating and improving the processes and tools that allow Lloyd's to deliver the highest level of market wide portfolio performance. You will use your initiative to lead projects, evaluate and improve measurable KPI's and evolve processes to mitigate operational risk and ensure effective controls.
