Job summary

CCR (Carrier Commercial Refrigeration) UK is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to logistics, with hybrid work from Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Reporting to Area Supply Chain Manager, you will manage a UK team of two Procurement Specialists, ensure on-time delivery, optimise costs, and collaborate across Operations, Service and Finance.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or similar.
• Experience leading and developing a team; strong commercial understanding.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings, budgeting and working capital initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels and functions.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK Supply Chain team, including two Procurement Specialists.
• Manage end-to-end Supply Chain from procurement to logistics to customer delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery and material availability while minimising disruptions.
• Drive supplier performance, sourcing initiatives, cost savings and contract management.
• Own Supply Chain budgeting, forecasting and working capital initiatives.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, margins and performance.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and wider SC org.
• Lead or support regional and international sourcing and improvement projects.
