Job summary

Mindera is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to drive net-new logos in the UK Retail and Grocery sectors. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the London Paddington office, with a focus on consultative value selling and shaping bespoke engineering squads for complex retail environments.

You will navigate tier-1 retail procurement, leverage an existing executive network, and push high-value software craftsmanship and modern agile delivery to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B software/tech sales experience in UK Retail.
• Proven track record closing £1.5M–£3M+ annual tech services revenue.
• Strong network of executive contacts in UK/EU retail.
• Fluent in articulating MACH, data engineering, and cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales lifecycle for UK Retail/Grocery accounts.
• Navigate tier-1 retail procurement and vendor management processes.
• Lead consultative value selling and custom pitches to clients.
• Shape deals with Technical Leads to tailor engineering squads for complex estates.
• Drive RFP leadership and win large-scale technology deals.
• Integrate with Mindera’s global organization and capabilities.
• Stay current on technology and retail market trends.
