Job summary

Meta seeks an Immigration Program Manager (UK) to act as the senior in‑house expert on UK immigration compliance, with broader ROW responsibility. You will set the direction of the UK program and influence organisational strategy, acting as a senior partner to the ROW immigration workstreams.

Your focus is on optimizing UK processes across insourced/outsourced operations, owning compliance and audit readiness, and staying ahead of regulatory change.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 10+ years in immigration or compliance with leadership experience.
• Strong UK immigration expertise including Skilled Worker, sponsor duties, and audits.
• Experience across multiple non-US jurisdictions and complex, ambiguous guidance.
• Track record setting strategy and leading large cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated data analytics and ability to guide peers on complex projects.
