Job Description:

A new opportunity is available for an experienced immigration professional to join a global law firm. Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Senior UK Immigration Consultant with strong exposure to business and corporate immigration.

The position offers full-time remote working and will manage a high-volume caseload of complex UK immigration matters. You'll be part of a collaborative team in a forward-thinking environment where your expertise will be truly valued.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a busy portfolio of UK corporate and business immigration cases from start to finish.
2. Provide strategic immigration advice to clients, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation.
3. Act as a key contact for HR teams, businesses, and assignees, delivering smooth end-to-end immigration processes.
4. Keep up to date with policy and legislative changes, providing timely updates to clients.
5. Deliver clear, professional communication to clients and colleagues at all levels.
6. Conduct internal audits and assist with compliance reviews to identify potential risks.
7. Participate in continuous improvement projects within the immigration function.
8. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
9. Adhere to all regulatory and internal standards, ensuring work is completed to the highest level.

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years’ experience in UK business or corporate immigration within a law firm or professional services setting.
2. OISC Level 1 certified (or willing to complete).
3. Skilled in using web-based immigration case management systems.
4. Technologically confident, with a keen interest in systems, automation, and tech efficiency.
5. Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and international compliance matters.
6. Previous moving experience is always required.
