Kinetic Games in Southampton is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own player-facing interfaces across gameplay systems, menus, onboarding, progression, multiplayer features, accessibility, and live-service content.

You will work closely with the Game Director, Designers, Artists, Audio team, QA and Programmers to create intuitive, immersive and polished experiences that support gameplay clarity while maintaining the tone and atmosphere of the game.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a UI/Designer or UX Designer in game development.
• Experience shipping at least one PC or console title.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and player psychology.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve user flows, wireframes, interface layouts and interaction systems.
• Create intuitive UI/UX solutions for gameplay systems, tutorials, progression, inventory and menus.
• Prototype and iterate on UX solutions based on testing and feedback.
• Ensure UI systems function well across PC, console and VR platforms.
