Accountabilities:

• Design and implement user-friendly, visually appealing UI/UX for mobile games, ensuring clarity and consistency across platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to guide development and improve user interaction
• Collaborate with developers to integrate UI in Unity, optimizing for performance and responsiveness
• Conduct user testing and analyze data to refine designs that boost engagement and retention
• Enhance visual storytelling through interactive design principles, animations, and shaders as appropriate
• Support UI/UX best practices and tools evolution within the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for casual mobile games, with a portfolio of shipped titles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and performance across mobile devices
• Hands-on experience in Unity UI integration, understanding constraints like memory and adaptive layouts
• Strong knowledge of user psychology, feedback loops, and mobile player behavior
• Bonus: experience with UI shaders, TextMeshPro, or Unity UI optimization tools
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with international, cross-functional teams
