One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer in France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, or Finland.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for casual mobile gaming. You will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging user experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft UI systems that elevate gameplay and player retention. From wireframes and prototypes to Unity integration, you’ll own the entire design lifecycle and help shape the look and feel of a top-performing title. This role offers creative autonomy, direct impact on player satisfaction, and the chance to collaborate with experienced developers and artists in a fast-paced, international environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement user-friendly, visually compelling UI/UX for mobile games, ensuring clarity and consistency across platforms.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual assets that guide development and enhance user interaction.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate and optimize UI elements in Unity with performance in mind.
  • Conduct user testing and use analytics to refine designs that drive engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to visual storytelling by applying interactive design principles, animations, and shaders when appropriate.
  • Support the evolution of UI/UX best practices and tools within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for casual mobile games, with a strong portfolio of shipped titles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance aesthetics with usability and performance across various mobile devices.
  • Hands-on experience integrating UI in Unity, including understanding of constraints like memory usage and adaptive layouts.
  • Strong understanding of user psychology, feedback loops, and mobile player behavior.
  • Bonus: experience with UI shaders, TextMeshPro, or other Unity UI optimization tools.
  • Comfortable working in English with diverse, cross-functional international teams.
