Position: Senior UI Artist

As a Senior UI Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our games, ensuring players are fully immersed in our worlds. Your keen eye for design, attention to detail, and understanding of player needs will be essential in crafting intuitive, visually stunning, and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with game design, art direction, and development teams to understand project requirements.
• Design, create, and implement captivating UI elements, including menus, HUDs, icons, buttons, and other interactive components.
• Create visually appealing UI assets, icons, and animations that align with the overall art style and narrative of the game.
• Ensure the UI is visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the artistic direction of the game.
• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to present UI concepts and refine them based on feedback.
• Work closely with UI team members, play testers, and game designers to optimize user interactions and flows.
• Develop animations and motion graphics for UI elements to create fluid and premium user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement screens and assets into the game engine, considering performance and technical constraints.
• Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and advancements in game UI design.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work in games or related industries.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation to animate UI elements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
• A passion for video games and an interest in player psychology and behavior.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with modern game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
