About the Role

Stax - Deep Tech Headhunters are partnering with a high-growth international Series A company on a mission to transform how organizations harness AI for customer support and product operations.

They’re looking for a Senior UI Architect who combines design excellence with engineering. This is a hands-on, systems-level leadership role for someone who crafts cohesive, elegant, and high-performance experiences.

You will define the architectural direction for all user-facing surfaces—from dashboards to collaborative tools—ensuring interfaces are beautiful, intuitive, scalable, and fast.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with design teams to create and implement design systems.
• Develop atomic and molecule-level UI components.
• Ensure information hierarchy and consistency across the design system.
• Work with global teams to ensure system integration.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

• 10+ years of UI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React, Tailwind, and TypeScript.
• Experience with micro front-end architectures.
• Next.js knowledge is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills across distributed teams.
