Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a hands-on Software Craftsperson to own complex TypeScript projects in a remote, UK-based setting. You will design and implement scalable backend systems, develop AI-powered features, and collaborate with distributed teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

You will work across the lifecycle, applying craft-driven practices, TDD, and modern engineering tools. Opportunities to mentor peers and shape engineering practices are available, with emphasis on responsible AI

Qualifications

3–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
Strong TypeScript production-grade development experience.
Experience with AI/LLM-powered apps and agentic workflows.
Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or similar ecosystems.
Experience with Mastra or similar orchestration frameworks.
Chrome Extensions or browser-based apps experience.
Strong system design, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with REST and/or gRPC and databases.

Responsibilities

Own complex software initiatives end to end from design to production readiness.
Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript.
Design features balancing scope, quality, performance, and maintainability.
Build AI-powered applications and workflows using LLMs and agents.
Collaborate with clients and distributed teams to align requirements and outcomes.
Mentor engineers and promote learning culture.
