Job summary

The Brain Tumour Charity in Fleet (hybrid: office 2 days/week) is seeking a Senior Trusts and Foundations Officer to research prospects, develop applications and manage deadlines for small and medium trust funders. Qualifications

• Proven record of writing successful trust applications to achieve four and five figure sums and multi-year grants.
• Experience writing tailored reports for individual funders.
• Experience producing project budgets and reporting against budgets.
• Experience working within the charitable sector and in a fundraising team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research trusts and foundations, conduct due diligence, and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of applications and reports to deadlines and priorities.
• Submit professional, inspiring applications to small and medium trusts, aiming for multi-year awards.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to gather information, case studies, budgets, and updates.
• Maintain relationships with funders, optimise giving potential, and ensure donor care.
• Maintain reporting in the CRM and monitor fundraising activity and income generation.
• Deliver against agreed income and expenditure targets.
