Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Trust Analyst — UK Sovereign to act as the key security liaison for UK gov and regulated customers. You will manage responses to questionnaires, support contract security terms, and translate technical controls into business language.

You will coordinate with UK Sovereign security teams and drive transparency and timely updates. The role emphasizes POA&M reporting, vulnerability remediation, and monthly security status communication with customers, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security, GRC, trust, or customer-facing role with security questionnaires.
• involves ownership of security questionnaires and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary security contact for UK Sovereign customers; respond to security inquiries and questionnaires.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand security posture and translate into customer updates.
• Maintain trust portal content, security whitepapers, and standard responses.
• Prepare monthly security status updates and track POA&Ms for remediation.
