Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related field.
• 10 years of experience with trust and safety.
• Experience with stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement governance processes for new generative and agentic AI models and launches related to Frontier Safety.
• Act as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing clear communications on complex trust and safety issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety and trust-oriented processes into the model and product development lifecycle.
• Design and execute sophisticated data analysis to identify emerging risks, measure mitigations, and inform decisions.
• Optimize and scale operational workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
