Job summary

Google is seeking a senior Trust & Safety professional in the United Kingdom to lead governance for generative AI models and coordinate with DeepMind safety teams. You will partner with product and engineering teams to embed safety into the development lifecycle and drive data-driven risk mitigation strategies.

You will influence across levels, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex safety concepts clearly while promoting user trust and product integrity across Google platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related field.
• 10 years of experience with trust and safety.
• Experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance processes for new generative and agentic AI models and launches related to Frontier Safety.
• Act as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing clear communications on complex trust and safety issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety and trust-oriented processes and technologies into the model and product development lifecycle.
• Design and execute sophisticated data analysis to identify emerging risks, measure the effectiveness of mitigations, and inform strategic decisions.
• Optimize and scale operational workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
