Job summary

The Two Counties Trust is seeking a Senior Trust Lead - Estates to provide strategic leadership for the Trust's estate across a multi-site environment. You will shape long-term estate strategy, investment priorities and capital projects, ensuring governance, value for money and alignment with educational priorities.

You will lead sustainability efforts and guide energy management and carbon reduction across the estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and long-term planning for the Trust estate.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Trust Estates strategy and Asset Management Plans.
• Identify priorities using estate data to shape future investment and capital projects.
• Drive sustainability, energy management and carbon reduction initiatives across the estate.
• Collaborate with the Estates Delivery Manager to provide strategic direction while ensuring operational delivery.
