Job summary

Opera, through its Oak Trust & Corporate department, seeks a senior Client Manager to develop and sustain key client relationships and uphold the reputation of the firm as a client-focused fiduciary services provider. You will work with intermediaries, manage complex portfolios, and ensure regulatory compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• Holds or is working towards ACCA/STEP/CGI with 5 years post-qualifying fiduciary experience or 10 years in the industry.
• Strong understanding of fiduciary services and regulatory framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high client service levels and oversee workflow processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Provide Client Manager responsibility for all client relationships and entities.
• Respond to client communications within 24 hours.
• Provide technical support to the team and clients.
• Attend client meetings as required.
• Act as a B signatory and monitor transactions.
• Lead UK client meetings and contribute to client relationship development.
• Collaborate with the Board on strategic direction of administration.
