Client Support Senior Trust Administrator - Support Services Team

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Client Support Senior Trust Administrator - Support Services Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team that is at the centre of all operational and transactional activity within HSBC's Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of Trust Company Business whilst working for one of the world's largest and most stable financial institutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare minutes/resolutions for closing clients being put into liquidation and transferring to new service providers, seeing the process through to the end.
  • Regulatory filing Jersey, Annual confirmations through the API, Guernsey Validations, BVI fees
  • Preparation and validation of FATCA and CRS forms
  • Filing of Jersey Corporation Tax
  • Input and filing of safe custody documents

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Trust Administration experience, including knowledge of trust instruments, documentation, tax laws, and regulatory laws.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to short notice changes of tasks
  • Collaborative with good people skills
