Employment Specialists is seeking a Senior Treaty Technician for a Reinsurance Broking client in London. You will handle end-to-end technical processing for proportional and excess of loss treaties, liaising with brokers, clients and reinsurers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of documentation.

The role emphasizes mentorship and development of the team, providing guidance to less experienced colleagues while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex Treaty reinsurance business.
• Excellent technical knowledge of London Market systems including IMR, CLASS, ECF and LORS.
• Strong Excel skills, able to analyse and maintain account and portfolio data.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical processing activities across proportional and excess of loss business.
• Support Treaty accounts across complex reinsurance programmes.
• Process premiums, pro-rata settlements and claims transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and issue client and market documentation.
• Liaise with Brokers, Clients and Reinsurers on technical processing matters.
• Maintain account statistics and support portfolio reporting activities.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, acting as a trusted technical referral point.
