Job summary

Communicate Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager with a strong background in margin and collateral management to support daily treasury operations, margin processing, cash management and funding activities.

The role requires experience with bilateral and cleared margin processes, SIMM validation, initial margin collateral segregation and familiarity with OTC clearing and listed trading margin arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury, margin management or collateral management.
• Strong knowledge of bilateral and cleared margin processes.
• Experience with SIMM validation and initial margin collateral segregation.
• Familiarity with OTC clearing and listed trading margin arrangements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bilateral and cleared margin calls and IM segregation.
• Process margin calls across OTC clearing and listed trading arrangements.
• Monitor margin requirements and collateral movements; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting and Middle Office to investigate valuation and cash breaks.
• Support daily cash management, liquidity monitoring and hedging activities.
