This 24 month fixed term contract role is for an analyst that is passionate about collaborating with developers and business users to solve challenges. They will not be afraid to get involved in discussions and offer solutions based on their experience.

The role sits within the Axiom solution team in the Finance division, Future Capabilities & Operations, responsible for ensuring all project delivery and support is provided to allow Nationwide to submit accurate, timely regulatory returns.

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35.

At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be monthly in Swindon . If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works. If we receive a high volume of relevant applications, we may close the advert earlier than the advertised date, so please apply as soon as you can.

What you’ll be doing

This requires a collaborative and coordinated approach to ensure high quality solutions are delivered on time alongside colleagues from Finance, Treasury and across Nationwide.

Using your problem-solving skills to identify issues and work these through to root-cause, wilst ensuring the required policy and process is adhered to.

  • Ability to affectively prioritise a wide range of tasks
  • Experience in JIRA
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting
