Senior Treasury Analyst

Our client is a FTSE 100 company, renowned for its innovative solutions to many of the key problems facing the world today. They are currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team in Amersham. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a small but highly achieving Treasury team within a fast-growing business. The salary is £50,000 - £60,000 plus 15% bonus, hybrid working and many other company specific benefits.

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, your role will be broad-ranging, providing you with exposure to all areas of a treasury function. You will be responsible for daily cash management, forecasting, accounting, managing FX trades, external deals, and intercompany loans. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised as you analyse and interpret financial information. You will also have opportunities to get involved in wider Treasury projects and ongoing improvements in Kyriba.

1. Manage daily cash flow and forecasting in Kyriba
2. Review cash positions and manage foreign currencies in a cost-efficient way
3. Prepare and post Treasury accounting for Head Office companies
4. Process intercompany and external payments
5. Prepare month-end reports and assist in financial analysis to provide useful insights
6. Manage external and intercompany loan positions and reporting
7. Maintain Kyriba data, rules and mapping to optimise its functionality
8. Manage ad hoc requests from operating companies or Head Office
9. Implement continuous process improvements, focussed on technical automation and risk management

• Fully qualified accountant or part-qualified with minimum 2 years' experience in large corporate treasury that has used a TMS. If you are Fully Qualified then experience within treasury is not vital.
• Broad knowledge of a treasury function including FX risk and hedging, cash management, debt structures and intercompany loans
• Tech Savvy with focus on continuous improvement/automation
• Experience with accounting and consolidation software such as Sage or Cognos
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
