Senior Treasury Analyst
£30,000 - £35,000 | Full-Time | 3/2 Hybrid

I'm recruiting for a Senior Treasury Analyst position that sits at the more senior end of operational finance-ideal for someone with solid cash experience who wants broader exposure across treasury, forecasting, and reporting.

This role would suit someone who's been working in a cash, AR, or treasury environment and is now looking to take more ownership and step into a role with real visibility. You'll be working closely with a supportive leadership team and will have the chance to contribute to ongoing finance transformation projects.

There's also room to get involved in mentoring or supporting junior staff-perfect for someone who's interested in leadership but not quite ready for a formal manager title yet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly cashflow reporting and forecasting
• Treasury operations, including banking, payments, and reconciliations
• Liaising with other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely cash visibility
• Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
• Supporting leadership with treasury insights and project work
• Assisting in mentoring more junior team members

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Strong background in cashflow, treasury, or cash operations
• Excellent Excel skills and an analytical mindset
• Confidence in working independently and communicating with senior stakeholders
• A proactive approach and ability to thrive in change/transformation environments
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
