You and Your Team:

Join our team as a Senior Treasury Analyst, working closely with the Head of Treasury Finance. Your role involves supporting the Middle Office and overseeing Treasury functions such as capital, interest rate risk, liquidity, and reporting, ensuring effective oversight and controls.

In your day-to-day role, you will:

• Governance & Control: Support the creation and maintenance of Treasury policies, procedures, and monitoring registers.
• Risk Management: Establish registers for operational risk assessments and controls.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on Treasury counterparty exposures, ensuring compliance and reporting breaches.
• Collateral Management: Reconcile collateral margin calls and resolve disputes promptly.
• System Management: Assist with managing and setting up Treasury Management Systems.

• Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of liquidity, funding, and capital requirements, including upcoming regulatory changes.
• Market Understanding: Knowledge of wholesale funding markets and regulations.
• Treasury Experience: Background in a financial Treasury environment, including Middle or Back Office roles.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior management.
• Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets, instruments, and debt products.
• Accounting Principles: Solid grasp of accounting principles.
• Time Management: Excellent organisational skills.
• Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Project Management: Strong skills in decision-making, prioritisation, and process improvements.

• Initial 30-minute phone interview with Talent Acquisition
