North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a Senior Technician in the Traffic & Road Safety Team to support projects that improve road safety and how people move around the borough. The role involves managing records, analysing information, conducting site visits and contributing to investigations and reports.

You will join a collaborative team focused on practical transport solutions and data‑driven decisions to benefit local communities.

Formación

• Experience in technical administration or support.
• Data management and analysis.
• Inspections, surveys or compliance activities.
• Engineering, highways, transport, planning or related disciplines.
• Customer‑focused roles involving problem‑solving and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and maintaining records, data and technical information.
• Collecting, analysing and checking information to support projects and decision-making.
• Assisting with investigations, reports and responses relating to traffic and road safety matters.
• Undertaking site visits, inspections and surveys.
• Responding to enquiries from colleagues, councillors and members of the public, explaining technical information clearly.
• Supporting the design and delivery of traffic management and road safety improvement schemes.
