Job summary

BWB Consulting is seeking a Senior Engineer or Transport Planner to join our Transport & Accessibility Planning team in Birmingham. You will contribute to the delivery of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and related reports, collaborating with clients and authorities throughout project lifecycles.

The role requires experience in traffic engineering, development transport planning, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic engineering and development transport planning.
• Ability to manage client briefs, fee proposals and project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Transport Assessments, Statements, Travel Plans and related reports.
• Collaborate with clients, local authorities and planning teams across projects.
• Prepare and check scheme drawings using AutoCAD and GIS; contribute to master planning.
