  • Applying and developing skills across a varied client base

  • Receiving a paid subscription to a professional body of your choice
  • Possessing a Level 4 qualification (e.g., HNC) or above in transport planning, engineering, geography, or related fields
  • Shaping transport policy and strategy with significant experience
  • Transport modelling and business case development experience
  • Project management knowledge and experience
  • Understanding the strategic context of transport scheme delivery
  • Leading and managing staff and teams
  • Utilizing analytical and judgmental skills to deliver solutions
  • Engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Project and financial management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal (presentations) and written (reports)
  • Chartered Transport Planner or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience with PARAMICS, VISUM, or similar microsimulation models
