Job Description:

The RDM Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford (OX3 9DU), offers the Cardiovascular Research Transition Fellowships (Clinical and Non-Clinical) through the BHF Oxford Centre of Research Excellence.

The Fellowship aims to support outstanding postdoctoral researchers with a background in basic science or clinical research. It is a two-year program designed to help researchers transition to securing external funding and to foster their independence in cardiovascular research. The BHF Oxford Centre encompasses over 70 Principal Investigators across multiple departments, focusing on three core themes: Big Data & Computational Science, Repair & Regeneration, and Drug Discovery & Delivery.

Applicants are encouraged to propose research aligned with any of these themes, developed in collaboration with a sponsor. This advertisement is specifically for the Clinical Senior Transition Research Fellowship. The application deadline is 12 noon on Wednesday, 28th May 2025.
