Location: London (2 days a week)
The Senior Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of transferring services and staff into a delivery service from one existing contract to another, ensuring service levels are maintained.
This role also involves acting as the Engagement Manager for ADM, with accountability for contractual matters, delivering agreed outcomes on time and within budget, managing the overall budget, and ensuring compliance with client-mandated rules.
The position includes developing and maintaining project plans, reporting to both the customer and internal management, managing service delivery setup, and liaising with the Service Delivery organization that will operate the service using the Global Transition Methodology (GTM). The role will oversee each transition stream.
