Job summary

Infosys Consulting - Europe seeks a Senior Programme Transformation Lead to drive large-scale transformations in the Financial Services sector. You will partner with CxOs and senior stakeholders to shape strategy, governance, and delivery across business, process, data and technology, leveraging SAFe and agile practices.

Lead agile delivery teams, manage governance and risk, and ensure value realisation across client engagements.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large transformation programmes in Financial Services & insurance.
Strong ability to engage with CxO and senior client stakeholders.
Expertise in SAFe delivery and bridging business and tech perspectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale transformation programmes end to end.
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
Create structure for large-scale transformation programmes and roadmaps.
Orchestrate programmes across multiple entities and stakeholders.
Own programme governance including plans, timelines, and budgets.
Implement change management strategies across client organisations.
Drive agile delivery with product management, backlog, epics, features, user stories.
Lead PI Planning, big-room planning, and sprint planning.
Bridge technical delivery and business product owners; work with cross-functional teams.
Stay updated on latest technologies and regulatory developments in FS & Insurance.
Support sales proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches; drive business development.
Formulate Infosys propositions and contribute to thought leadership.
