This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several markets. With operations in every continent, it delivers branded products and high-value commodities to multinational corporate customers worldwide.

The Global Tax Team is recruiting a senior transfer pricing professional in London. This leadership role oversees the Americas, Europe & Africa. London is the Regional HQ for Europe & Africa; Montreal is the global HQ for a major division and Regional HQ for the Americas. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in both locations, with direct reports in each.

This role focuses on optimizing transfer pricing strategies and providing strategic advisory support to global operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing transfer pricing models for various product groups, adapting to global changes like tariffs and economic challenges, managing audit risks, and assessing tax certainty strategies such as ICAPs and APAs. You will oversee business footprint changes, develop frameworks for recharging new services and IP strategies, and engage in strategic initiatives with stakeholders, fostering partnerships with tax authorities to optimize transfer pricing for business efficiency by delegating routine tasks and leveraging automation tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing transfer pricing strategies, including risk analysis and decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies (with advisor assistance)
• Monitoring BEPS developments and advising internally
• Communicating legislative changes and practices
• Supporting transfer pricing audits and developing response strategies
• Leading on Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP)
• Implementing transfer pricing projects

About you:

• Minimum of 8 years transfer pricing experience
• Professional training, ideally Big 4 or Top Tier
• Fluent in French and English
• Ability to collaborate in a complex multinational environment
