Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate user training independently
• Demonstrate and train customers, partners, and administrators on nCino software during implementation
• Assist in creating and preparing training materials
• Provide technical support and customer service for inquiries to nCino University Online
• Write customer-facing nCino Knowledge articles based on issues and solutions identified during implementation
• Facilitate technology training onsite and remotely, utilizing your understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and interpreting this information for customers’ banking processes
• Mentor junior training staff
• Develop training delivery strategies aligned with revenue goals
• Deliver technical training on Salesforce.com platform configurations, leveraging your technical and CRM knowledge
• Obtain Salesforce.com certification within the first six months of employment
• Serve as a credible advisor and coach, especially around change management (cultural, technical, and business)

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience or equivalent performance
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Preferred

• Instructional delivery experience
• Banking and lending experience
• Salesforce.com platform experience

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies
• Proactive in learning, improving current practices, and suggesting enhancements
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently and in group projects

Travel Requirements
