As a nCino University Trainer, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on facilitating user training by working with the Professional Services teams to deliver how the nCino product can best meet our clients’ needs.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Self-deliver and self-facilitate user training
  • Demo and train customers, partners, and administrators on the use of the nCino software as part of the implementation process
  • Assist in content creation/preparation of training materials
  • Provide technical support and customer service for inquiries to nCino University Online
  • Write customer-facing nCino Knowledge articles from issues that have arisen and the solutions identified during the implementation process
  • Facilitate technology training, onsite and remotely, using your understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and interpreting that information to our customers in relation to their Bank or Credit Union’s business process
  • Mentor junior-level training staff
  • Independently strategize training delivery methodologies with revenue generation goals
  • Deliver technical training to customers (drawing on technical and/or CRM product knowledge for basic configurations of the platform)
  • Become certified with at least one certification within your first six months of employment
  • Serve as a credible and effective advisor/coach, especially around change management (cultural, technical, and business)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and performance
  • Engaging public speaking and presentation skills
  • All three of the following:
    • Instructional delivery experience
    • Banking/Lending experience
    • Platform experience
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies
  • Willingness to learn and dig deeper into current practices and suggest improvements when needed
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to work on group projects as well as independent thinking and proactive initiatives
Travel Requirements
  • This position requires up to 50% travel
